Using a CMS as a tool running a website becomes all about the content and not the ins and outs of how it works. With a CMS a user doesn't need to understand HTML or any other type of coding, a CMS allows a website owner to concentrate on the important stuff, the content.

With a CMS you create what is sometimes called a dynamic site. This means the words and pictures are stored in a database and the web pages people view are created by software on the server dynamically instead of being in 'fixed' files on the server. Content Management Systems can reduce the need for costly site maintenance and thus empower users to manage their own content.  Having a content management system ensures that the design of your website remains unchanged and the content can be updated without the need for programming or HTML knowledge. A Content Management System allows anyone with little or no experience in web design to update and maintain their own site. This is achieved through any computer connected to the Internet and without the need for additional client software.

Dynamic websites used to present problems for search engines because of their dynamic nature but today CMS's are fully search engine friendly. In our opinion there is no compelling argument against using a CMS and plenty of reasons you should.
